Miniature half-reeded cream jug

Half reeded and gilt inside, this charming late Victorian miniature jug is an elegant piece of craftsmanship. The cast details of its handle take the form of flower buds and the crimped details around the rim give the impression of a pie crust edge. The jug is not only hallmarked on the body but there is also a separate lion passant on the handle which is both unusual and a sign on quality.
 
Condition: The gilt lining is original and the overall condition is excellent.
