Royal Doulton vase and cover
Royal Doulton - c.1905 - painted and signed by Enoch Wood
This vase and cover, made c.1905 by Royal Doulton, is classically decorated with rich scrolling raised gilding and delicate swags of flowers. The flowers were painted by the factories top rose painter, Enoch Wood, and his signature can be found amongst the blooms.
The most unusual feature of this piece is its elaborate shape with scrolling handles, tapered neck and stem and moulded foot.
Condition: Excellent conditon, some minor microcrazing in one or two places.
