Royal Worcester jewelled tea cup and saucer

Royal Worcester is synonymous with elegance and this beautiful early tea cup and saucer encapsulates that. The classic shape is decorated with a peach ground, which is bordered at the middle by a band of raised porcelain pearl like jewels. The edge of both the cup and saucer is then hand painted with a continuous garland of flowers, including foxgloves, roses and poppies.
 
Condition: Very good, fine crazing to the surface of the saucer and a little wear to the tops of some of the pearls.
