SHIPPING POLICY

All shipping and packing costs will be calculated on an individual basis in discussion with the client or will be clearly stated on the specific product page at check out. 

In general for UK domestic shipping it is £8.00. Parcels will be sent at least signed for where possible.

For international shipping our standard rate is £35.00 - for a more tailored quote based on your purchase, please contact us at info@dovecoteantiques.com stating the item you are interested in. 

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted with notification within three days of delivery and return of item within 14 days. Buyer pays return postage unless the specific piece is deemed not to have matched the description or is damaged.

IIn the case of damage to the item, please include photos with your email and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
